Enjoy the outdoor cooking experience with one of our barbecue selections! The catering staff will cook on-site & can supply servers for an additional fee at $17.50 per hour per server. Included in these barbecue selections are paper plates, plastic silverware, serving utensils & equipment to keep your food safe. Beverages are not included.

$11.50 The Cub Barbecue Includes beef hot dogs, 1/4 pound hamburgers, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, Tim's Cascade potato chips & assorted whole fresh fruit. Minimum order: 20 guests.
$16.00 The Wildcat BBQ Includes beef hot dogs, 1/4 pound hamburgers, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, pickles, fresh seasonal fruit salad, chef's choice salad, vegetarian baked beans & brownies. Minimum order: 20 guests.
$2.00 Substitute a 1/3 pound hamburger for an additional $2.00/person.
$1.00 Add caramelized onions & mushrooms for an additional $1.00/person.
$1.00 Add artisanal cheeses for an additional $1.00/person.
$1.00 Add peppered bacon for additional $1.00/person.

Prices are valid through 12/31/2019. Please note displayed prices are for on campus department charges, residence hall vouchers & for billing to state agencies/nonprofits conducting qualifying fundraising activities. Tax is added to billing for private party & non-state entities.
